Voting Question: How to get into the US Navy SEALs?

I want to know step by step how to get into the US Navy SEALs starting from the minute I walk into the recruiters office. What should I say and do. Please take this seriously. Thanks. Also which A school should I go to after graduating boot camp? I want to go to the one that is most likely to assist me in the event that I do actually become a Navy SEAL.
